Bright yellow in color, fresh fruity scent with nuances of pear and apricot. The juicy, finely dry taste is balanced, fragrant and soft in the aftertaste. Great aperitif, but can also be combined with not too spicy starters or fish dishes. Now ready to drink, can be kept up to 3 years after harvest.

 

 

The popular Spanish verdejo grape is now internationally renowned for its aromatic, fresh wines. The region most famous for its Verdejos is Rueda. However, the grape is also increasingly found in other regions of Spain.

This one from Cantina Mora, for example, comes from La Mancha. For a long time, airén was the most important white grape here, but gradually grapes like verdejo, sauvignon and chardonnay are gaining more and more ground in the region.

Cantina Mora's verdejo is aromatic, juicy and fruity, as well as organically produced. Its accessible, fresh character makes it an ideal cocktail wine, possibly with some small snacks. Also a great companion for summer salads or light fish dishes.
