Description
Louis Marie Teisserenc can best be called a visionary. As early as 1980, he was the first to plant Sauvignon grapes in the Languedoc. There was a whole process before that.
His good friend and winemaker at the famous Domaine de Ladoucette in Pouilly-Fumé, Joël André, recommended specific clones that are also used in the Loire region. About forty years later, François Teisserenc, the son of Louis Marie, produces overwhelming quality from the now old vines.
The grapes harvested at night ferment in large stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures on the yeasts for another three months. It produces an excellent dry white wine, which bears the name F Blanc. This is not only a tribute to the important role of the Pouilly-Fumé winemaker in the late 1970s, but also a nod to the top cuvées from the famous Loire region that are made in a similar way.
Naturally, this Languedoc-Sauvignon has more roundness due to the warmer weather in the south, but that is actually an advantage for many lovers of this grape.

Refined, juicy and slightly creamy sauvignon that combines perfectly with hearty (fish) dishes, such as cod or sea bass.
Pronounced scent of Granny Smith apple, peach and a refined, toasty nuance. Full, juicy and fresh fruity in taste with a light creamy structure and beautiful oak touch. Elegant, refined Sauvignon style that lasts long on the palate.
