Tasting note La Caudrina Moscato d'Asti
Full sweet, fresh sparkling white wine from Italy with the intense scent of muscat grapes and lychees. Delicious with desserts with fruit ice cream or cakes, but also very tasty outside the meal.
Description
This Moscato dAsti is a light sparkling white wine made from the muscat grape. The grapes are in the most perfect condition to get as much pure grape scents as possible in the wine. During the fermentation, the wine is cooled strongly, so that the fermentation stops and the remaining grape sugar is no longer converted into alcohol. As a result, the wine retains the natural sweetness of the muscat grape and, moreover, the carbon dioxide which is also created during fermentation. Moscato dAsti belongs to the select group of DOCG wines. This is the highest controlled designation of origin in Italy and applies to the best white and red wine
