Description

This Prosecco is the best sparkling wine from Conte Loredan Gasparini. The grapes are picked by hand in the small wine region of Montello in Veneto northern Italy. The fermentation takes place with special (own) yeasts and under controlled temperature. Prosecco is often drunk as an aperitif in Italy. It is a sparkling white wine with the power of champagne. Partly because of this, this Prosecco from Gasparini is also suitable for culinary use. The combination with smoked fish such as salmon and eel is perfect. In addition, the wine tastes very good with oysters, but also with all kinds of small snacks and appetizers.
