Refined, smooth, dry white wine to drink straight away. Very nice with cooked mussels or other shellfish, grilled tuna, pasta with chicken or soft cheese.
Tasting note
Lemon yellow colored wine with a refined scent of lime, grapefruit, pear, light oak and flint. The taste is full and beautifully juicy with pure citrus fruit. The finale is long and invigoratingly fresh with light butter and toast.
Shelf life
Drinkable quickly after bottling; shelf life up to 6-7 years after harvest.
