Fresh dry white wine with a fine aroma of apple and citrus. The juicy taste has a mild, fruity aftertaste. Excellent aperitif wine, but also good to combine with not too pronounced amuses or starters of fish and salads. Drink now, keeps well up to 1.5 years after the harvest date.

 

Pinot Grigio is perhaps the most famous white grape of Italy. Our popular Veneto estate Monte del Frà makes a seductive, fresh, fruity wine from it that at the same time bears the unmistakable quality signature of the Bonomo family.

The grapes for this tasty wine are planted in Sommacampagna, just southeast of the well-known Lake Garda. After harvesting, they are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, so that the fruity aroma of the grapes is optimally preserved.

Before bottling, the wine rests for a few months, partly on the yeasts for some extra flavor intensity. Thanks to its light, refined character, but also good body and flavor, this wine is multi-usable. Tosa is delicious as an aperitif wine and good with (starter) dishes with fish or shellfish. It is also great with fresh salads, chicken or veal or mild cheeses. The ideal white wine to always have at home!
