Noe is a sherry made from 100% Pedro Ximenez, also known as PX. You can recognize the wines of this grape by the color and viscosity of motor oil and the taste of raisins. Matured for 30 years on a traditional solera system, De Noe is a Very Old Rare Sherry (VORS). In the solera, part of the wine is transferred during maturation to other barrels in which a blend of older vintages is maturing. You taste figs, coffee and spices. The perfect wine for chocolate.
