The red Tempus from our beloved Amarone house Accordini conquered the hearts of many wine lovers in a short time. It is therefore with great pleasure that we now introduce the white variant of this wine.

White wine from a Valpolicella producer? Yes, and how! Valpolicella may be a red wine region par excellence, but the Veneto (where Valpolicella is located) has at least as good a reputation for its white wines from, for example, Soave, Custoza and Lugana.



The Accordini family makes its white wine from the international sauvignon blanc and Soave grape garganega. Once optimally ripe, the grapes are harvested by hand. After a short skin soaking for optimal aromatics, the grapes are pressed and the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks.

It produces a fragrant, juicy and intensely flavorful white wine, which goes particularly well with many fish (starters) dishes or risotto with green vegetables. Already a favorite for us!
