Information
From prosecco grape Glera with a little Pinot Noir
Fruity, juicy and with a refined mousse
Perfect as a festive aperitif or with pizza.

Description
Terre dei Buth is the project of brothers Massimo and Paolo Marion. Together they make with great enthusiasm very tasty organic proseccos in Treviso, in the Veneto.

The Spumante Rosé is made from the prosecco grape Glera, supplemented with a bit of Pinot Noir. The latter not only gives the rosé its colour, but also a lovely juiciness. The grapes are grown organically and partly biodynamically in vineyards with characteristic stony soils.

In the cellar, after pressing, the alcoholic fermentation follows first. Then the wine is transferred to a pressurized tank and some extra yeast and sugar are added. This starts the second fermentation that gives the Prosecco its bubbles.

This is how this uplifting Spumante Rosé is created, with a refined scent of blossom, pear and raspberry. The taste is juicy and fruity, the mousse refined and persistent. It is delicious as a festive aperitif, with or without some tasty Italian snacks, or with pizza. And also suitable for vegans.
