Description

Prosecco is very popular in Italy. The wine is often served as a festive aperitif, but this mildly dry Prosecco is also very suitable as an accompaniment to starters and appetizers. Prosecco is now tied to a designation of origin and the grape variety is called "glera". The vineyards of Azienda La Jara are biologically processed and are in the Treviso appellation. After manual harvesting, the wine ferments with natural yeast for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. The mousse is refined and soft.
