Contrary to the well-known brand champagnes, the Sousa has only a small production. You will therefore only find his champagnes at a limited number of addresses. It is a real enthusiast champagne for people who pay more attention to quality than brand awareness! This Brut Reserve Grand Cru is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the municipality of Avize. On the back of the bottle, the Sousa mentions the date de d̩gorgement. That is the day on which the wine was finally bottled. Important to know because this way you can keep an eye on the freshness of the wine!
